Return Policy:
For newly delivered orders, claims for defective items must be made within 10 days of receipt. HANDBAGS BY DMG must authorize all returns and issue a return authorization number; this may be requested by email. Returns made more than 10 days from the date of receipt, or without a return authorization number, will not be accepted. Once authorized, new and defective items may be returned by Canada Post with insurance. At the discretion of HANDBAGS BY DMG, items returned within 10 days of receipt will either be replaced, repaired or a credit note will be issued.
Exchanges
Within 10 days of receipt, HANDBAGS BY DMG accepts requests for a change of color or style. You may exchange products only for an item with the same or higher value. We cannot refund the difference should you choose to exchange the item for one with a lower price. Exchanges will only be processed IF the product(s) being returned are in good condition and are accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. Please note: The shipping cost for the new item will be charged to your account, and you will also have to pay to send the original item back to us.
Warranty
At of HANDBAGS BY DMG all products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.Should any fault or defect occur during this time, HANDBAGS BY DMG will, at its discretion, repair or replace your product at no charge. Repaired items will be returned to you within 15 business days.Our warranty only covers manufacturers’ defects. It does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, over-filling pockets, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Claims for minor scratches or scar wrinkles that are natural to leather

Repairs made or attempted by someone other than of HANDBAGS BY DMG

Damage to contents (including but not limited to computers, mobile phones, etc.) due to failure of the product.
Should you notice a defect during the one year warranty period, please email us at customer_service@handbagsbydmg.com request a Return Authorization Number. Once approved, ship the product postage paid, and don’t forget to include your receipt.If you don’t have your receipt for your online purchase, please include a letter with your name, phone number, approximate date of purchase, the reason for the return and your Return Authorization Number. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. For security reasons, we suggest insuring the package for the value of its contents. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail.Items returned without following these procedures DO NOT entitle you to get a credit or any other service.
